Message from the President

I am pleased to welcome you to INRAD's web site. This site represents our ongoing commitment to our customers, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, and both present and prospective employees to provide an effective, convenient, comprehensive, and accessible means of communicating product, service, employment, financial, event, and other newsworthy information about the company.

At INRAD we develop, manufacture, and supply products for the Photonics Industry via our three related product areas: Crystals and Crystal Components, Custom Optics, and Systems and Instruments. Our customers include leading corporations in the Laser Systems, Semiconductor Inspection Equipment, Telecommunications, and Defense sectors, as well as the U.S. Government. Our products are also used extensively by researchers at National Laboratories and Universities.

Our mission is to be a growing and leading provider of photonics products and services to customers in the industry sectors we serve worldwide. We also aim to enhance shareholder value through our commitment to internal growth and productivity, and to the joining of complementary businesses to INRAD via strategic partnering or acquisition.

Our resources are focused on innovation, quality, cost-effectiveness, and superior value for our customers. Our accomplishments are the result of the combined efforts of all of our employees, who are dedicated to the highest ethical and quality standards. Our plans for the future include aggressively expanding our manufacturing capacity and process capabilities, continuing to improve our operational effectiveness, and broaden our product lines.
